I have no clue where to go from here. I am not sure if its a bug, or if I am just dam blind and misssed the simplest thing.

Though your addon may indicate that those quests have yet to be completed it unfortunately can not tell you which quest you need to continue the quest line. My recommendation in those cases is revisit quest NPC's for quests that you recently completed, especially if there is a quest around them that you have not yet done.

In your case, Pârts, you'll want to speak with Kor the Immovable.

When I was leveling, I quested here for a bit till I was able to go to uldum at which point I abandoned all quests. I had not planned on raiding in this expac, but since have changed my mind so now was looking at doing the dailys for shoulders and started back to finish this zone's quests.

I started questing here today, was able to find a few quests and did them, after that the last one I had finished sent me around flying over the portal, to then decoding the charts, killing the 3 elements to get the buff to then kill the quest mob. Sent me to Stormwind Keep. At that point I was not able to find anything else.

I flew all over deepholm, didn't see anything. I from there downloaded carbonite to have it show me where all quests start. Went to every spot it showed.

I used the wowhead client to cross referance quests I have not compleated with carbonite. Flew around more times, still clicking on all the npcs that I could find, some were not there. (used both thottbot, wowhead, and carbonite for the locations of the npc's, some where there and some were not there)

I have no clue where to go from here. I am not sure if its a bug, or if I am just dam blind and misssed the simplest thing.

It looks like the last Deepholm quest you completed is Take No Prisoner. You may want to utilize a helpful website, like WowHead, for additional assistance. I'm unable to provide you additional game hints here. Best wishes to you!
