Blue tracker >> Customer Support >> Queued (Shortcut)

I bought the digital copy of world of warcraft classic and a subscription. On the games and codes tab it says the status is active but when I log into the game with my character it says I am still a trial account and cannot speak out loud or anything.

In the transaction history tab is says the order status of my wow is queued. What does that mean exactly? It's only been like that for about a day and a half but I'm just wondering if I'm doing this right.
