I am trying since yesterday to buy gametime but i keep reciving that

(We are unable to process your transaction at this time.To complete this transaction, please contact Customer Support. Alternatively, you may also select another form of payment.)

I tried with 5 credit cards... All have founds to buy (contacted the bank)... Can someone tell me what is going on?

I'd recommend making certain your Billing profile is current, but then yes - if you are still having difficulties, a call to Billing would be in order.

Have you tried the steps Orylia originally posted? That's the most common resolution to these issues.
