After experiencing 6 weeks of customer service droid hell in The Game That Shall Not Be Named, I just wanted to stop by and express my gratitude to the Blizzard CS team for 7 years of quick (and legible!) responses. We, as a player base, don't give you guys enough credit and I for one promise to never take you all for granted again.

If you ever want to leave feedback for a particular support interaction you've had, remember that on our Support Site, each petition will have an option for you to fill out a survey. Comments in those surveys go directly to our Game Masters' supervisors for review so that they can improve or be rewarded for the work that they do.
