Hello,

I'm trying to transfer this character but I keep getting this error despite having no auctions up. I have also deleted my mail and have been logged off for a while.

Is there any way to fix this?

Did you check both the neutral AND Alliance AH's? Keep in mind that bids also count.

As do purchases that have not yet been picked up from the mail (they can sometimes give the AH error rather than the mail error).

It does look like this character is a member of the Brew of the Month club, and member benefits were mailed out just a few days ago. I'm seeing a Wild Winter Pilsner in your mailbox and suspect that's what's holding you up.

If this was in reference to a different character, my apologies - could I then instead have the name and realm of the character you are attempting to transfer?
